  This last summer I ordered two security doors. After the installation I had problems and asked if Brandon would come out to look at it. He agreed that there was a problem and he would have somebody come out to fix it. The person was not able to correct the problem and said that he would have to find out from Brandon what was going to be done. After I waited for several days for Brandon to call me, I finally contacted the office. Brandon said that he would get back to me. After numerous phone calls and leaving messages for Brandon, I still have not heard back from him. I don't think not returning my phone calls was a solution to my problem. I'm very disappointed in how this matter was handled.
